Marketing Assistant
Help us spread the word about Narriva to small business owners across India. Perfect for someone who understands Indian SMBs and loves social media.
What you'll do
- Create engaging social media content for Narriva's own channels
- Write blog posts, case studies, and marketing emails
- Manage community engagement and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate with influencers and small business communities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Track and report on marketing metrics
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content, or social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- Deep understanding of Indian small business challenges
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Bonus: Experience with video content creation
Nice to have
- Experience working with or as a small business owner
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
- Understanding of AI tools and trends
