- 7-day free trial — no credit card needed, no charge if you cancel.
- Monthly plans: Full refund within 7 days of first payment.
- Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days; pro-rata within 30 days.
- Cancel any time — your access continues to the end of the billing period.
- Refunds processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

1. Free Trial
Every new Narriva account begins with a 7-day free trial. During your trial:
- You have complete access to all features of your chosen plan
- No credit card or payment details are required to begin
- Cancelling any time during the trial results in zero charges
- If you do not cancel, your subscription starts automatically on day 8 and your saved payment method is charged at the plan's regular price
We designed the trial to give you enough time to genuinely evaluate Narriva — connect your accounts, run the Business DNA setup, and see real AI-generated content for your business.
2. Monthly Subscription Refunds
2.1 Within 7 Days of Payment
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at [email protected] with your account email and we'll process it the same day.
2.2 After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges — your access continues until the billing period expires.
Renewal months do not carry a new refund window. The 7-day refund guarantee applies to your first paid month only. Please use the free trial to thoroughly evaluate the service before committing.
3. Annual Subscription Refunds
3.1 Within 14 Days — Full Refund
Annual subscribers who are not satisfied within the first 14 days of purchase receive a complete refund of the annual amount paid.
3.2 Between Day 15 and Day 30 — Pro-rata Refund
If you cancel between days 15 and 30, you receive a pro-rata refund for unused complete months, minus a one-month early termination fee. For example: if you cancel on day 20 of a 12-month plan, you would receive a refund for 11 months minus one month — effectively 10 months' worth.
3.3 After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent auto-renewal — your access continues for the remainder of the annual period.
4. Automatic Refund Scenarios
Regardless of the above windows, we will issue a prompt refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate charge)
- You were charged after a confirmed cancellation
- The core Service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in your billing period due to a fault on our side (not Meta API outages)
- A technical error on our platform prevented you from using the Service entirely
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or business closure after the refund window has passed
- Failure to use the Service during an active subscription period
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Service limitations caused by Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp, or OpenAI policy changes outside our control
- Scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance
- Partial months or unused days within a billing period
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original payment date
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email us: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request — [your registered email]”
- Include: Your registered email address, business name, the reason for the request, and (if applicable) the transaction ID from your Razorpay receipt
- We review: Our team reviews all requests within 2 business days and confirms eligibility by email
- You receive: An email confirmation once the refund is approved and initiated
7. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:
- Processing time: 5–7 business days from approval
- Payment method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) used at the time of purchase
- Bank clearing: Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit in your account
- Confirmation: You will receive a Razorpay refund confirmation email once the amount is released
8. Service Credits as Alternative
In some situations — such as a temporary service disruption or a feature-specific issue that has since been resolved — we may offer service credits instead of a cash refund. Credits are:
- Valued at a minimum of 1.5× the equivalent refund amount
- Applied to your next billing cycle automatically
- Non-expiring for the lifetime of your active account
We'll always communicate this option clearly and will process a cash refund if you prefer that instead.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Direct refund requests are faster, simpler, and don't require your bank's involvement. Chargebacks:
- Typically take 30–90 days to resolve through bank channels
- May result in temporary account suspension pending investigation
- May affect your ability to re-subscribe to Narriva in the future
We commit to responding to all direct refund requests within 2 business days and resolving them fairly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For existing subscribers, the policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that specific transaction.
