FAQ | AI Social Media Management for Businesses | Narriva AI

Question 1

What does Narriva AI actually do?

Accepted Answer

Narriva AI is a complete social media workflow rather than a single tool. It monitors trends relevant to your category, generates posts with captions and images in your brand voice, schedules them for when your followers are active, publishes to Instagram and Facebook, and drafts replies to incoming DMs. You stay in control: approve each post with one tap, or switch on auto-publishing once you trust the output. The work that used to take an evening a week takes a few minutes a day.

Question 2

How does Instagram automation work?

Accepted Answer

Three things happen automatically. First, Narriva AI detects trending topics and formats in your category, so you are reacting to what is working now rather than guessing. Second, it turns a trend into a finished post: caption, image, and hashtags, written in your voice and not a generic template. Third, it queues that post for a slot when your audience is actually online. Publishing runs through Meta's official Instagram Graph API. On Growth and Pro plans you can let trend posts publish without approving each one.

Question 3

Can Narriva AI post to Facebook and Instagram at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it adapts the post to each platform rather than copy-pasting. Approve once and the content goes out to both, formatted appropriately, at the right time for each audience. Both connections are included on every plan, so you are not paying extra for the second platform.

Question 4

Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?

Accepted Answer

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial is the full product, not a stripped-down version: trend detection, post generation, scheduling, publishing, and DM auto-replies are all switched on. That matters, because the only useful way to evaluate an AI writing tool is to look at what it writes for your business specifically. If you do nothing at the end of the trial, it simply expires.

Question 5

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Three plans, billed monthly with no contract and no setup fee. Starter is ₹1,299/month for 13 pieces of content a month (9 posts, 3 AI reels of 10 seconds each and 1 carousel), fresh trend ideas every day, 300 auto-replied DMs and up to 100 scored leads; you approve every post. Growth is ₹2,499/month for 16 pieces (8 posts, 5 AI reels of 12 seconds each and 3 carousels), 1,000 auto-replied DMs, up to 350 scored leads, and posts that go out on their own if you have not reviewed them within 2 hours. Pro is ₹4,999/month for 22 pieces (8 posts, 8 AI reels of 15 seconds each and 6 carousels), 2,000 auto-replied DMs, up to 700 scored leads and 10 AI ad-copy drafts a month. You can change or cancel your plan yourself from inside the app.

Question 6

What kind of businesses is this built for?

Accepted Answer

Narriva AI is built for businesses that sell to people in their area and do not have a marketing team. Restaurants, cafes, dhabas, QSRs, and cloud kitchens are a natural fit, as are boutiques, salons, gyms, clinics, and coaching centres. But the category list is not a gate: pet stores, repair shops, travel agents, home decor, and kirana stores all use the same underlying model. During setup you describe what you sell and who buys it, and the AI works from that.

Question 7

What languages can it write in?

Accepted Answer

English, Hinglish, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and other regional languages. The distinction that matters is not translation but register. Narriva AI writes the way your customers speak, including the English-and-regional mix that most people actually use online, rather than translating formal English copy into formal Hindi. You set the tone during setup and can adjust it any time.

Question 8

How is this different from a social media scheduling tool?

Accepted Answer

A scheduler solves the smallest part of the problem. It gives you an empty calendar and you still have to come up with the idea, write the caption, make the image, pick the hashtags, and answer the DMs the post generates. That is where the hours go. Narriva AI does that work and treats scheduling as the last step rather than the product. If you have ever paid for a scheduler and stopped using it after a month, this is usually why.

Question 9

Can it reply to DMs and comments for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of the messages a local business receives are the same handful of questions: hours, price, location, availability, whether you deliver, whether you have a slot on Saturday. Narriva AI answers those instantly in your tone, records who asked as a lead, and escalates anything it is unsure about to you rather than inventing an answer. Your monthly auto-reply allowance depends on your plan.

Question 10

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Sign up, then set up your Business DNA: your business type, tone of voice, what you sell, and who your customers are. Connect Instagram and Facebook through Meta's standard OAuth screen. From there, review the first batch of AI-generated content and either approve it or tell the AI what to change. Setup takes about ten minutes, and the first posts are usually ready the same day.

Question 11

Is my Instagram account safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and the mechanism matters here. Narriva AI connects through Meta's official APIs using OAuth, which means we never ask for or store your password and we operate inside the limits Meta sets for approved apps. This is the difference between legitimate automation and the bot services that get accounts restricted. You can revoke access from inside Narriva AI, or from Instagram's own settings, at any time.

Question 12

Can I see whether it is working?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Narriva AI tracks engagement, follower growth, individual post performance, and how many leads came in through DMs, and presents it in plain language rather than a wall of charts. The point is to answer one question: which posts brought you customers? You can see what is scheduled, what published, and what performed, all in one place.
